Sure is!

They're not doing a Solstice festival here this year. :( Those are always fun, will need to wait until next year.

At least we'll have the Aboriginal day festivities tomorrow.

Yeay, Solstice festival. I feel totally left out. Not really. I hardly ever pay attention to the solstice. Either one.

Sady no celebrations to speak of here either.

As by birthday is june 22nd it would be cool if people celebrated the night before, but sadly they do not.

Now our daylight starts getting a little bit shorter each day.

Near the equator daylight length changes very little, but near the poles it changes the most throughout the year.

Here's a cool page that shows yours. > https://www.timeanddate.com/sun/usa/atlanta

Yes! Where I am we lose about 2:30mins each day around the Equinox's, but near the poles it can be 30mins at a time, or even hours!
