No worries about the thread jack guys. I much prefer the current topic at hand over the idea of me spending a maximum of 90 days in couty jail. The charge was a misdemeanor by the way. Hopefully I won't spend anytime in jail but it sure seems like the 90 days is inevitable.
On a lighter note, I am the winner of the wickedlasers exucutive pro 2010 model!!!! Pretty excited. I rarely win things.

Yes! yobresal I was going to apologize for the thread jack... sorry, and I know the case of which your involved sucks...If though you have a weapons permit in another state
and you were open carrying in a nonreciprocal state you could be at least at least subject to some fines and or suspension of your permit.
I know that its safer to carry than not, but you got popped and that sucks.

County jail is not to bad. With a misdemeanor and possible 90 days you are probably looking at either fine, and community service/probation, or a month max real time and community service/probation if you don't freak out or something while you are in.
I was in a work camp (new name for chain gang) in Atlanta Georgia for 6 months back in '87. They make you walk into a swamp and then tell you to clean it out. When you are done (after 10 grueling days in the Georgia heat, and humidity) they tell you to put it all back LOL. Fun stuff. It puts your mind back in perspective though. I was originally facing 5 years but got paroled for good behavior.

Good guess...more like drop kicked. I was "guarding" the rear hall in one of the houses we used when this guy started running up the stairs with a piece drawn. I thought it was a hold up so I jumped down the stairs and kicked him in the mouth. The guy never said he was a detective or that it was a bust. They broke 4 ribs and kicked out my front teeth on the way to the jail. I spent 2 weeks in the Grady Detention Hospital before they threw me in the work camp. Looking back I was lucky. If it was a hold up I'd be dead. And if the detective did announce who he was I would have gone to the state pen and probably served the 5 years.
Most of the beautiful women I've met were from Brazil. Were I live now the female to male ratio is about 1 woman for every 3 guys. And they are mostly 5's at best. :undecided: The best was in St. Pete Florida at about 7 women to 1 guy. And they averaged 7+. If you had a bag of white stuff you could pick and choose. Hell you could bring the dog in if you had enough LOL. I always had a good time in St. Pete. :eg:

Misdemeanor, wow you had a gun and i tried to buy a firecracker with 50mg of Black powder and got almost got a felony. I hate the nanny state!
