Seriously, no ideas ..... can try to guess looking at it ..... it's that pack hanged on it made with something hygroscopic ? ..... if yes, it can be a sort of hygrometer (but i have never seen one made in this way) .....

No, not tracking ..... and they can work both for husbands and wifes (anso if the sellers say that they are more helpful for husbands )

LOL, it's not supposed to light up ..... at least, the site where i've found it, say that the ring become hot inside (50 C) for 10 seconds each hour, in the day that you have to remember ..... sadomaso remembering tool ?
