I made my own at age 12!!! Some neet stuff. I made stars and repeater bombs using small tubes. Sparkelers were rocket fuel if you remove a bunch of the iron!

Well since we are supposed to guess and if we get it right be told it's a right answer I would have to say the answer given was wrong this is not a FLEX drive it's a MICRO BOOST drive :na:

With the groove, I'm guessing an O'ring set there. Part of a valve or piston assembly??

No. No o-ring sits there I never could figure out why they are there. I think it's just for aesthetics.

It has been broken off. It is made of a dense metal. It is also visible when the item was a whole.

Yup.... It one of those broken things.... that's what it is...:crackup:
I was thinking of posting a pic of a metal shaving from my drill press...
