Try to guess the name of this item (yes, it had a specific commercial name, and it was sold with this name)

a help ? ..... the name was directly related with the use of the item ;)

No, sorry.

This was the first commercial product of this gender ...... as i've said, it was specifically produced for a precise use, and its name derive from this use (can't say it more clearly without say also the name :p)
