The "One Ring" "ruling Ring" or "Ring of power" is the answer. Hasn't anyone seen or read "The Hobbit" or "The Lord of the rings" ???

Are you sure that it's not an airblower? I was on DX earlier, and I saw something EXACTLY like that, but in orange.
