It's not for cleaning pipes. I'm not sure of dimensions but would say on the "large" side.

Ding! Close enough, Demonex is the winner! It is a "mythical", never created "Isaac Anti-gravity Device". :) Hey, 2929 both ages I'd like to be again. :D
