Ding! Close enough, Ped is the winner! It is called a citrus reamer. I tried to find something challenging. :)

It look as a tool to hook on the output of a hot air gun for heat specific particulars (like, only one part of a tube or rod, or for shrinking tube around a cable without "cook" that what is rear it), for me.
