"AURGH!!! Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal!!!"
50 million points to whoever knows where it came from.

Others have already indicated their knowledge, but I know as well.

I'm actually right in the middle of re-watching the whole series, which sadly doesn't take nearly as long as it should. Netflix Watch Instantly FTW (FTL for having the episodes out of order, but FTW for having them online at all), Fox FTL for screwing over such a great show.

One of my favorites quotes from legendary musician Frank Zappa about the music business and the people who support its slow disintegration..."Rock critics are people who can't write, writing for people who can't read about people who can't play."

These are a few of my favorite Nikola Tesla quotes, the greatest man to have ever lived

1. “The spread of civilization may be likened to a fire; First, a feeble spark, next a flickering flame, then a mighty blaze, ever increasing in speed and power.”

2. “Today's scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments, and they wander off through equation after equation, and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality.”

3. “You may live to see man-made horrors beyond your comprehension.”

4 “The last 29 days of the month are the hardest."

My personal favorite is number 2 because it is so true. I'm going to college for electrical engineering and would have a perfect 4.0 GPA if is was not for math being overly complicated and useless

"Anyway, I'm sort of glad they've got the atomic bomb invented. If there's ever another war, I'm going to sit right the hell on top of it. I'll volunteer for it, I swear to God I will."

My three favorite Quotes come from my gramps my grams, and Elinor Rosevelt.

If any job is worth doing, It's worth doing RIGHT !

If you can't say something good about someone, don't say anything at all !

When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang on !

"Squint your eyes to see clearly, blur reality to make it real; let focus go from your deceiving eyes to know what's been concealed. We've all been blinded, subject to visual misinformation--a systematic denial of the crystalline."

-An excerpt from the song"Rational Gaze", performed by Meshuggah. Lyrics credited to Tomas Haake.

"We accept the nails we're fed, lies sharpened to bleed us silent--muted from the pains, defiance employed in vain. Any attempts to leave the dance invisibly suppressed; questions unasked, we learn the steps--eyes shut like all the rest."

-An excerpt from the song "Dancers to a Discordant System", performed by Meshuggah. Lyrics credited to Tomas Haake.

Bump! More quotes!

"Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?"
- Epicurus

"Entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem."
- William of Ockham

"Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it."
- George Santayana
(note-Some researchers of this quote say that it is often misinterpreted-in context, it has nothing to do with remembering historical events. Rather, it is suggesting that those who don't learn from their personal experiences and mistakes will repeat them over and over again. I like both possible meanings.)
