System32 folder holds drivers, and a boat load of necessary windows system files. More likely than not, you wont recover. Even it you do recover, you are going to get glitches and errors. Basically you have to reformat and start fresh.

Multiple fails happened to me at one time today!
I saw a liscense plate, which was awesome, but with a spelling fail:
it said "Icanhas" rather than "Icanhaz", because we all know that i can haz correct grammar. Then, when I took out my phone to take a picture, my phone battery died, right then and there, at the worst time, I just needed 5 more seconds!

stupid battery fail......


P.S.: I'll see if i can grab a pic tomorrow, as i normally get that way home from work.
