We were on a country road, we hit the driver side of the first car that blew the sign at 55MPH (probably a little less because I think my sister (the one driving) hit the breaks when the person who blew the sign popped out. Then we slid and hit a second car...luckily I was wearing my seat belt. ;D

Hehe, maybe Murudai has the same misspelled tattoo as this guy, hence the defending.  :p

It says 'your'.

But it looks vaguely enough like 'you're' for anyone to say 'yes, that's what was intended but it came out really badly'.

My point is this isn't a true fail because it's too ambiguous. And also, grammar is the lamest fail around because EVERYONE sucks with their grammar.

That Miami one is a true fail, because some guy completely misspelled it, which is seriously stupid and no one would do it. But with grammar, EVERYONE screws it up, and in that tattoo it's so ambiguous that it could be that the 'you're' just came out really badly, you never know.

I think you guys need to study up on the Philosophy of Fail a bit more.

Hey, it's not his fault the Nazis stole a perfectly good symbol that had stood for life and good luck for thousands of years and turned into something terrible. He looks like he could be Indian or another Asian ethnicity to me, and Hindus and Buddhists still use the symbol according to its historical meanings. Wearing that in India, not too big a deal. Wearing the same thing in the US or ESPECIALLY Europe, someone needs to pull him aside and give him some tips.

Nope, I think pullbangdead is right. The guy looks Indian to me. One of my colleagues has visited India several times, and he says you can see the swastika everywhere there. For them, it's simply a religious symbol. The symbol is thousands of years old, before the NSDAP decided to use it for their party.

But on the other hand: the t-shirt really does look like the way the Nazis used it, black swastika rotated 45 degrees on a white round background, on red cloth. But this guy probably doesn't realize that.

Oops almost forgot to add some fail:

Well, some people are just naturally good at running red lights... Perhaps they weren't risking your life but making a calculated move, like this guy:

You are right indeed, petro; this guy IS wearing a nazi t-shirt, if not it'd just be the swastika, which is indeed an old african symbol. But the colours that represent socialism & nationalism are right there.

The key thing that distinquishes what he's wearing and a true nazi swastika is the orange boarder around the white. The nazi's didn't use that it was just plain red on white. Not much of a difference but it sure can make the meaning completely different. Here in the US folks wouldn't even really consider the difference they'd just mow him down!
