To give you a perspective of how alien everything you just said sounds to me, allow me to explain this concept.

We have several restaurants near our college where we students can use our discount cards to eat. When you enter a restaurant, you usually pick up a tray and go to pick your food and wait for cashier to charge you.

Sometimes when I'm with friends, me or somebody go beforehand to find a free table and leave my backpack, phone or maybe jacket/coat on it to let people know it's occupied so we have a place to sit later when we're done waiting in line. Also with a laptop bag but I don't carry it often.

I think it's safe to say we live in slightly different atmospheres.

Both have their plusses and minuses.

Population of Pitomača is 10.5k.

Population of Croatia is 4.3 million.

Population of NYC alone 8.2 million. ~1.6 million in Manhattan.

Population density of NJ... 1,170.64. Population of the town where I live is just under 33k. Nearest large city which is literally 5 minutes away by car, and has some pretty rough areas, is 146k.

Population density of Croatia 196.3.

If I go out for the night in new york (which I used to do a lot, not so much now) I generally speaking bump into at least a few hundred people, and end up in a close vicinity of thousands.

I don't know the vast majority of them. Some are good. Most are ok. Some are not so good. It's those not so good that concern me.

So yes, you can consider me paranoid...

@Eud - Kind of, but not really. I bet you could drop either of us into each other's shoes, and we'd feel at home within a year.

@Ped - New York is actually fairly safe as large cities go. Violent crime in the touristy areas is very much the exception, not the norm. That said, there are some areas of manhattan, bronx, queens, brooklyn and staten island I'd stay away from. (Why anyone goes to staten island is a mystery to me)

Oh yeah regarding the new retarded iPhones.

On the new phones (I imagine several other companies will attempt this too), they will probably have finger print readers.

That means you can use your fingerprint to unlock your device.

You don't have to.
You can always use the normal slide to unlock bars or pattern/pin codes if you're paranoid.

There, hope this clarifies stuff to everybody, because there appears to be some confusion.

The supposed reason you need password security on your phone is so ppl don't make calls with it etc but the real reason is the various hidden galleries of porn you don't want your GF or wife to find on it, or anyone else for that matter ,so the fingerprint reader is a porn proof way of doing it, of all internet goings on 65% plus is porn it was invented for guys ...porn is like oxygen for guys fact ....
