This may not be a fail for the little girl. However, it sure is a fail for the parents, and anyone else on the road.

^^^Looks staged... doesn't look like she is actually driving the motions of the steering wheel don't quite match the movement of the car... not they never show the right side of the car.

From only just a few (~3) threads of the WL forum, I present you the fails:

the krypton consists of an 1.5W IR driver that drives 2 green Dpss crystals that heat up in the Diode. The kryptons new features and dpssfd components on the diode are more efficient and expensive. Also the hosts that Wickedlasers manufacture aren't justs for looks but are made of real metal
So far Wickedlasers have been ahead into the future for many years already.
Yeah to protect the internal stuff and make sure the diode lasts more than 5,000 hours (and also for safety), WL tunes the Arctic (and Krypton, I think) to max power of 700-800mW. Early versions of the Arctic had fluctuating max power outputs.
Like, "<1500mW Max Output". Does it means that the laser is equiped with a 1.5W diode, but tunned for a less powerful beam?
The Arctic is simply a diode laser and will not exhibit modehopping except in indescribably rare circumstances.
Theoerically, the Arctic outputs ~1W of optical power. However, the collimating lens that was used has a slightly longer-than-optimal focal length. So the collimating lens doesn't "catch" all the light - it diverges and hits the side of the module before before it reaches the optic.
Too be honest, I don't think you will notice a really big difference between <800 and <1W still a very powerfull piece of equipment
It just sounds so much cooler when you can say "this laser has a ONE THOUSAND milliwatt output" to the envious onlookers.
It's a IR pump with 2 dpss green 532nm green crystals
Blue and other laser often are verystable even under extreme conditions as for green modules have many dpssfd components which pump around 2W IR through IR filters creating the magnificent green 532 Wicked Laser.
Also welcome to the best Laser forum!
2W is very dangerous and I wouldn't recommend Wicked selling those to people that have no experience or knowledge,
Please do not give thoughts of this, if a person wanted 2W then Wicked makes it then another person wants 3W and just keeps going on and on till someone gets very injured or dies which is very horrible.
Its not underpowered, if you simply put it near or above 1W the diode will simply burn out and die within a year in which i can last many years to come with fun(Safe and Sane).
inform you that there is another thread on this. try to do a bit more research through the forum.
The Arctic outputs about 800-900mW. It's, you know, not a big difference at those high powers.
You claim you can get a non underpowered 1W blue beam for less. Are you sure it's actually a 1W beam?
Also, is the host as gorgeous as the Arctic? Is it equipped with anything near the SmartSwitch? What about the MiniLock?
Does it even have an LED indicator that lets you know the laser is on? Is it as compact as the Arctic? Can it reach that power with only one battery? Does it come with REAL English instruction manual, not just a normal chinese-english manual where you simply don't have a clue what they're talking about when you read it?
Can you use lenses on this laser? What about shipping. Is it fast? Do they run any costumer support?

These things matter as well. The Arctic is the most powerful laser out there. It's not only WL and me saying that, but Guinness World Records.
If you want a high power, quality blue laser, you can't go wrong.

That one isn't a fail in my book :p That's probably the most intelligent thing that came out of that fourm

Those sound like a bunch of 6 year old Wicked Laser Engineers
sitting at a boardroom table discussing their new products..:crackup:

Talk about total FAIL....
