Hmm... I wonder how fast a zit pops, seeing as it's remarkably similar. (At least in my twisted mind's eye.)

I don't see the similarity at all. Zits don't pop on their own (as far as I remember). If left alone, they absorb back into the skin and that can take a week or more. :thinking:
