Well, the Swedish version of eBay (Tradera, it's owned by eBay) removed my 30mW DX30. It's perfectly legal to sell here (well, at least it was at the time) and the rules on the site said nothing about regulation. However, it was removed because of "regulations from the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority" that says that laser >5mW isn't allowed to use outside or in common places. I got a bit pissed at them, but it's fine now.

That's the most exciting story I have to tell :-[

Ha!  Ebay wouldn't dare remove my listings!  Last time they tried, I held my crazy powerful burning laser to their head and told them they dare not look at my listing lest they have a sizable hole right through their temporal lobe!

um... j/k

Hahaha I had ebay pull my bare barrel once, I argued and they conceeded that since it's a bare empty barrel and doesn't emit any mW it's permissible.

ebay is stupid. they allow people to sell half eaten mac and cheese, or toast with jesus on it, or ghosts of dead people, but then take down auctions of good intentioned people really trying to sell their stuff.
