@realista, In tropical or sub-tropical climates, during the dry season, insects seem to have a 6th sense where to find water or moisture, especially flies, which they need to lay their eggs. In the human eye, nose, throat, open wound, are ready sources of moisture, (mucus, blood, tears, saliva, etc.) The guy in the video may have been ill for a while & unable to have the strength to clear his nasal passages or it could have been for some other reason. Regardless, an opportunistic insect got in there, laid its eggs, they hatched, & there you have the makings of that video. I'm assuming that, that is what the cause was, but I could be wrong. The eggs could have been food or water borne, to get inside that poor guy.

they should have used a laser to zap them and then just shop vac their dead bodies out of his nasal. eEeeuuuuuuuuwwwwww!!!!!!

bit... how could a man be ALIVE with so much BIG maggot in the nose??....wow... a nig number of maggot.. and no of less centimeter.. i niticed 2/3 centimeres maggot.... ...it is incredible... if i explain this video to friends.. they will not trust on me...

That was really gross... the zit one was not so bad since I've seen videos of worse.
But when the doctor was tugging at the maggot that refused to let go... I cringed.
I don't have a weak stomach but parasites disgust me.

Not much discusting in the big zit video,
Kinda weird the maggot removal video, seems that he goes so deep with that clamp he should already be outside from his head through the skull or something...
That weird angle view camera makes it difficult to visualise things.

Anyhow, I have a pretty hard stomack and I am generaly not discusted by such vids.
The only thing I have to turn my head away are spiders, real or on video or picture, I have a horrible arachnohobia.
I think that I could not bear to watch anything involving humans and spiders.

I only was a pic representing a video... enough to make my fingers shaky and shoot the slider bar all over the place.

Whadda weird and discusting crawl in my spine!

I didnt have to watch the first 2 videos, I just read the comments of those who did. I think Ill pass. AND I F!@#$ING HATE SPIDERS!!!!!!!!
