From what I understand about the fight is that EBM heard the younger fellow say "Why does a black man always gotta spitshine a white man's shoes?" and assumed that he spitshined shoes. After all, he (EBM) did say that he was going to a funeral. So the younger man flips out, and calls racism, but EBM says that it doesn't matter if he's African or not, he could be of any decent, if anyone offered to spit shine his shoes he'd want it. EBM "apologized" and thought he cleared up the confusion, so he was going to go up to the front, but the younger man did what any smart person would do, keep running his trap. End text/

As soon as he said "If you were a chinaman", all I could think about was Walter from The Big Lebowski

And when I saw the second video of him rampaging and screaming about vietnam I realized who they got the idea for the character from. He doesn't *look* like Walter, he *IS* Walter.

hahahaha, I love that movie. Did you know Jeff Bridges is a member of LPF?

Here's his account:

And his post in the "Post a Picture of yourself thread":

Hey, might as well...

An interview with EBM is up...
"...I did time when I was young for selling drugs an' pimpin' an' stuff..."

Well we know Dave's still selling (lazor gear, that is)... question is if he's still pimpin'...

I guess these young thugs are used to the good citizens of the world rolling over and giving them what they want.

It's funny when we don't though. :D

Just noticed they keep calling each other 'blood'. Pretty much proves they're People, ie gangsters, but not necessarily bloods in particular.

^I don't mean to sound racist or anything, but I'm pretty sure that's just part of urban black culture. Lower class african americans will frequently refer to their friends or neighbors as part of a gang or other group, even if they're not technically affiliated with it. It's just a greeting, like "brother" or "dawg". At least from what I've seen. But who knows, maybe a gang was going to work together

A friend of mine told me he heard on the radio this morning that EBM lives in Oakland and that "they" are trying to set up a rematch between the two for an MMA event. I'm sure it's bogus, but I didn't realize just how popular this has become.

Possible...

But in my training, that is one of the key things we look for. Were I to see him better, and get a look at any tats he may have, I could likely spot who he runs with.

I've only mentioned it a time or two on the forum, so I don't expect it to be common knowledge, but I am a cop, and gang related crap is something we get pretty well trained on.

I guarantee you that a pair of urban folks (of ANY color) who are not part of a gang would not call each other "blood" around a People member, or especially a Folk member. It'll get you killed.
