yes you can. just be sure there is nothing flamible around it unless you mean inside it.... if that's what u mean then yes. not sure if it will get enough oxygen but it wont hurt to try.

Yes, just make sure you wear safety goggles because the laser may reflect off the glass. Focus the laser for the best burning...

yes you can. shouldn't be a problem. The only problem may be it might go out on you if its touching the side or its not getting enough oxygen

I burn them open, in a bottle they go out.

I also add a few drops of olive oil for a much more dense fog. A ceiling fan helps distribute the smoke. Careful, they can flame up if too much oil is added. I burn mine standing in a tray incase they fall over.... I have already burnt the carpet once, and the wife has not seen it yet because I placed a pot plant over the burn... shhhhh.

I'm sorry to go off topic here but that's the funniest thing I've heard in a while. Boy I don't want to be in your shoes when she finds out! She must be pretty scary when she's angry if you have to hide stuff like that.

Anything will work as a holder really. As long as it wont catch on fire. Be careful with that fan because you can blow hot ashes or coles on your floor and cause a fire.

I personally use a stainless steel ruler with a hole in the end and a throwing knife under it.

Scents? Well theres alot of nice scents. Just open the box and smell them untill you find one you like.

Heres a few of my favorites:

Most places that have varietys of incense have this.
http://www.google.com/products/cata...og_result&ct=result&resnum=3&ved=0CDQQ8wIwAg#

coconut scent
sage scent (some dont smell great so make sure you like it)

Edit: I want to mention too that HEM is a good brand of incense. It produces a good amount of smoke and the scents are all really nice. Not too strong but not too weak. Burns for a "good" 30 minutes.

You know my wife? Hell knows no furry like a woman scorned.... her name is Helen. You can call her Helen Back.

I cut the burnt fibers out, and used sand paper to remove the chared bits. It looks better, but it is best if she does not find out...

also are there any scents you suggest for your incense
Your regular incense burn fast and cost a lot. I buy mine from the local chinese supermarket, around $5 for several hundred (vs $10 for 50 like everywhere else).

Whatever smell you like. Its personal. For me it is all about the smoke and lasers, not the smell!

Get cones if you can. Sticks can be dangerous. You can put a cone on a coin, bottle cap, ect, and it will be safe. Just dont put it on something heat sensitive because it gets really hot on the bottom, and might crack what you put it on.

This is my favorite. Its very clean, and doesnt smell like fake fruit, or other chemical generated scents.

Nag Champa

It comes in cones too.

What does fake fruit smell like?

BTW, talk of smoking cones is not permitted on these forums!
