Jaycey--while being my regular nosey self- I saw your neg rep to T_J on this thread in his 'reputation'--WTH- was that because T_J did not add you to the master list of recipies--kinda touchy-Ginger, Honey & Chilli Marinated Salmon.
Ingredients:
2cm (Thumb size) peice of ginger finely chopped, can be substituted with "Easy Ginger/Squeezy Ginger"
1 Tablespoon clear honey
1-2 finely chopped birds eye chill's (according to heat desired)
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 Lime juice
2-3 salmon fillets, skin on.
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Olive Oil
Preperation:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, place salmon fillets in a sealable container. Spoon marinade over salmon, place lid on container and place in fridge for 2-4 hours (the longer the better)
Cooking:
Preheat oven to 190 centigrade, place fillets on a baking tray and depending on size of fillets cook for 12-18 minutes
Can also be grilled or BBQed.
