Chinese address format help needed

I need to send something to China for repair. They sent me the mailing address but it is all on one line. How should this be put on the package?

I suggest printing out the address instead of having to write it in.

Thanks. I print addresses out 99% of the time when packages are sent. My handwriting looks like crap.

Yea, always copy and paste the address. Any shipping fault will be on the person who delivered the information.

I suggest you take pictures of the package, packed up and with the address on it, and always send tracked & insured.
