A challenge to code breakers

So I've spent awhile just browsing the internet of unbroken codes. So I challenged myself to create a VERY hard code to crack. The first part is the easiest, after that, best of luck! If this goes well, I will probably make many and many as it was almost therapeutic. I actually had a blast writing this and thinking of ways to make it harder.

If you're stuck, or you feel you've got something, or you have an idea but don't know where to go from there. Post it! I'll say whether you're hot or cold, ha. Maybe :eg:

H/W encryption/decryption devices. Something that is a lot faster than humans at doing that job provided the same algorithm is used on both ends.

Any ideas? If you don't want to reveal what you got, or what you think, you can PM me. I will reveal it in a week's time. I'll have another one up tomorrow!

i still cannot work this out for the life of me... the fact that the cypher is correct but not applied properly totally confuses me

Its not a matter of unscrambling letters from what I see. I don't believe 00...01...02 = A...B...C

Edit: Oh lord I have an idea what you did. The hell with this...

I think I left a line out, not sure, but this isn't adding up to me either. I wrote it down somewhere. Who knows, maybe someone could solve it and remind me

It's not a mono-alphabetic substitution cipher because the letter frequencies perfectly match to the English letter frequencies. It's a 26-letter alphabet and not 25-letter (as sometimes happens) because of the "Y" (4 occurrences) which would otherwise be a "Z" (the least occurring English char).

This means it's a perturbation cipher.
