There is currently a swap box full of laser parts travelling around the USA, and I thought we might be able to get one started here in Canada.
What is a swap box?
It's a travelling box full of laser parts! You can take what you want, add what you like, and send it on to the next person. Who knows what sort of fabulous laser things you might end up with! All this for the cost of forwarding the box onto the next person.
Rules
1) Anyone who signs up to receive the box agrees to be responsible for the cost of shipping it to the next person.
2) Nothing hazardous that could be a problem. This means, no liquids, nothing very fragile, and no lithium batteries or anything that could short out or turn on in transit.
3) Take and add what you want, but please add something of greater value compared to what you took. We don't want this turning into a junk box.
4) Whoever gets the box must sign the log book, take what they want, add what they don't, update the inventory, mail the box to the next person, and make a post here about it.
5) The box should be passed on as soon as possible. Please don't sit on it for a week before sending it to the next person.
6) If the box is in bad shape, please replace it.
7) Participants must be located in Canada, have at least 200 posts, two months membership and positive reputation. Please don't join if you don't have things to trade.
