Can someone help me set up paypal?

Im really not famaliar with paypal at all, and i now need to start using it.
first off, i always use Debit cards, so im not sure how to add them to Paypal. Do i need to buy a special Paypal debit card? dont mastercard debitcards work?

second, it still says in the "to do list" i have to Finish Expanded Use Enrollment. im not sure what this is. but i would have to pay $1.95 for it.

i use debit cards too, add it as if it were a credit card.

also, do not give your bank details to get "verified"

just pay a dollar or so on every transaction to give you a spending limit.

Also, remove all that information, like supernova said, we dont want a mean guest to see all that...

Eventually you will need to get verified to lift your sending limit. It should be around $2000 usd though so unless you buy a bunch of extremely expensive stuff you shouldn't hit the limit too soon.

Verified = absolutely essential. A lot of businesses including myself will not accept unverified paypals.

i figured there was nothing in this picture of value, nothing that could be stolen, no numbers or anything, just my name and email.

hey i found the link, but im not sure where i found it or how i got there, all i know is now im at the screen to add some cards.

so ive added both card, and below each one it says (Expanded Use Number Needed). I take it I have no money in my account yet? If im reading this right, i recieve something in the mail telling me my 4-digit expanded use number?
so do i need to wait till next month to recieve my number till i can finally start using my account? is that every time i need to add a card?

when you add a card, you can pay 1 or so dollars to get a $2000 spending limit

did you add a card, or did you apply for a card???

i added 2 cards, just grabbed them off my desk and typed in the numbers. it says for $1.95 i need to get a 4-digit number. is this the $2000 spending limit your talking about? when i chanrge this $1.95 then how do i recieve the number? it sounded like i get it via mail at the begining of every month.

well thisis how I did it:

I went to paypal, and entered my card

I then bought something on DX

it then said I can pay only if i do one of 2 things:

1) Get verified by entering a bank acct. # etc

2) pay 1 dollar or so

i chose option 2

i have not had any problems since, and my spending limit was set at 2000
