What i am giving you would have better ram,slightly faster processor and actual video card(what i showed you had onboard which can't play any 3d games without being extremely jerky). It can play all games, just not on high settings of course. I will include a dell keyboard and mouse if needed. The only thing is i don't have a dvd drive. A dvd burner(dvd-rw) is $25 shipped on newegg so you could buy that yourself if you wanted.
