I can't believe this winter that we are having. They originally predicted a very mild winter and so far...we have averaged 30 degrees below our normal average temp. For the 3 weeks alone, our temp has average 8 degrees F and we have had about 20 inches of snow.

Tonight through tomorrow we are expecting 6 to 10 more inches of snow and temps around 2 degrees for a high on Friday. I can't believe that I am saying this, but I am tired of it already. :(

Granted, I still love snow:) It's the cold, that I am tired of.

The winter season should just be banned altogether. I hate it. I hate the cold. I hate snow. I hate shoveling. I hate the wind. I hate dry skin. I hate wearing multiple layers of clothing. I hate wearing jackets. I hate gloves.

Yes, ban winter! BAN IT!!!! :yabbmad:

In 2000 I was running water on the course and before it hit the ground I had ice pellets scattering on the greens. That was a career first for me.

In the region I live it might have snowed 1 or 2, but never hitting the ground.

I love weather threads.

LOL it was -20C this morning where I live :) Consider yourself lucky.
FYI: Where I live, in the summer, it isn't rare for the temps to get around 35C with at least 75% Humidity, making it feel like 46.1C. The Midwest Region in the USA is known for having crazing temp changes and weather. :)

Where were you living at the time? That just doesn't sound right. LOL I bet that would have been sweet to see.

Right now......if I had a hot cup of water and tossed it up into the air, it would all be vapor before it hit the ground.

no i mean is like 20 in the midday.the morning is around 10-15 and the night below 10,still not under zero.early the day in summer sometimes Humidity reaches 100% but usually is like 60-80%.i live in the capital which is the ''hottest'' place.and the warm continues until starts of October.i consider myself lucky but not the summer.

I must agree with you on the heat thing. :)
You can only take so many clothes off...but you can alway put more clothes on to keep you warm. :)

FYI: Yesterday the high where I live was only -16.6C or in other words 2 degrees F
