a basic eagle CAD question

I've tried contacting some forum members and using Google aswell as the search feature but all i get is goggles so this is really just last resort but how do you tell eagle to put parts on the bottom of a board. i feel like an idiot asking this but im stumped

You might want to edit the subject/title to indicate that you are asking about the drawing program

Click on "edit" then click on "Go advanced"
You can edit the subject line in that screen

Some people might not open the thread because they are thinking about Eagle Laser Goggles

Although maybe people who use Eagle should still be drawn <snerk> to the thread

edit:its a trough hole component i need its smd counter part which i cannot find in the system
