Anyone have any suggestions for building this?

So I knew about this product for a while but wasnt going to spend the money they wanted for it. So recently I thought there must be a way to make one. So since most of you know alot about electricity and stuff does anybody have any suggestion on building this ThinkGeek :: The ThinkGeek Annoy-a-tron 2.0 or this ThinkGeek :: The ThinkGeek Annoy-a-tron There are a couple tutorials on the internet but was wondering if any of you had a better or easier way?
