Anyone else have special state issued license plates?

I originally was going to buy myself one of those cool license plates you can put on your car which helps a particular organization when I was first going to get my car, but decided to pass on it.

However, I decided today to buy one which is exclusive to the state of California. The "Memorial" plate, which helps the Californian gov't agaisnt terrorism threats. Also, you get(what I think) a very stylish plate!

I just bought one yesterday for my wife which says SUBJECTIVE REALITY... Ha, just kidding, that's about another thread, but it does have her first name on it which I was happy to be able to snag for her.

I have this on my car. I know it has to piss off Clemson fans.:crackup:

Just remembered to update this thread!

I got my memorial plates in 2 days ago in the mail. The DMV website states "4-6 weeks", and after having had nothing for 6 weeks decided to give them a call. I was told by a lady that there was a delay and had to wait around 4-6 months instead! At that point I just gave up and stopped thinking about it lol. They showed up just before the move

Took ~3 months for my Amateur Radio plates to show. Just a regular NWT polar bear plate mind you - only difference is it has my call instead of something like "336007" on it.
