YagooCN Potential Trial Order / Group Buy

First off a lot of you are going to be thinking who the hell is this guy. Mainly because most of you don't know who I am, and I only have like 20 posts. Anyways I was on LC over a year ago, and kind of took time off from my hobby. I recently got back into lasers mainly because my 150mW green was stolen and I wanted to replace it. With the help from this forum I ended up purchasing a 150mW green from opto which Im in love with. Now Im addicted again..

Now to why were here.

I have been in talks on and off with a company called YagooCN over the past couple of years. I was originally planning to order product to sell not only on ebay, but locally as well. They seem to have a wide variety of laser products as well as some other random stuff. Basically I never had the amount of money I wanted to place a good size order, and have yet to do business with them. Over the past couple of years I have dealt with the same person, very helpful, and quick to respond to questions. Recently we spoke again because I seen some new products, and asked for some pricing info, details, etc. Well I was blown away by the prices I was quoted, and think that Im ready for a trial order.

This brings me to the group buy section, not because I need to order more product to get a better price, but because has been some interest in there products, through my other thread in the company section.

If no one wants to take part in the " Trial Order ", Ill still be ordering. Im most likely picking up a 473nm RPL Style, ( Pictures below ) for myself. Once I get it ill be sure to not only review the company itself, but do my best review of the product as well.

Now Back to me..
I imagine alot of you will probably have trust issues based on my lack of posts, and the fact that Im new to most of you. This is fine and understandable. I am on ebay, I do have paypal, and I have a 98% feedback, if it matters. My ebay name is bukosales, feel free to check it out. If there's interest in this, which I think there will be when I post the pricing info, I would be willing to have the order shipped to a highly trusted forum member, (Preferably with a power meter), to make all of you feel more comfortable about your purchase.

I have never ordered from this company before. This may worry people, which is understandable, it even worries me. I personally feel its worth the gamble because if they are legit, have a solid product, and good customer service, this could make obtaining certain laser products easier and more affordable for everyone.

Shipping, Payments, and Customs

In case there is any interest in this buy-

Shipping

When I got a quote on a single item order for myself. ( JLB-001 ) The charge was $30.00 using DHL. Now this item comes in the larger aluminum case with the goggles and what not. So its a larger package with 1 item. Im sure if this turns into a larger order combined shipping will be nice. Once an order is in place I will get a new quote... Including shipping. ( Prices may lower due to larger qty. )

*This is the first time I have done a group buy. I have no idea how to handle shipping charges, input on this would be nice. I know that I cannot afford to cover the shipping costs, so devising it could be an option.

Payments

Payments should be sent using only paypal. Add an additional 2.9% + .30 to cover paypal fees.

Customs *Your Input?*

My personal order will most likely just be the basic 5mW JLB-001 473nm, so Im positive it would arrive fine.

However a larger order with >5 mW Lasers could be a different story. Assuming it makes it to the states, or everyone would like the product shipped to a forum member out of the states, I cannot assume all of the customs charges if applied. Again devising these charges could be an option.

At that price I would definitely be down for a 5mw green pen and (if I can get the money together) possibly a 300mW 532 or 5mW 473. Let me know if anything happens with this GB.

And if there's a good price on them, I could be convinced into buying a few of their USB keys or other products as well..

I'm curious about the prices, and shipping isn't bad at all!

Ya ill pm you what prices I have. I had them up for about fifteen minutes but recieved an email from them asking me to remove the prices.

Just to make a note, depending on how much we order the prices should go down

I finally received my email this morning,

1.) They will sell diodes
2.) Due to the interest in this buy, I have managed a lower price on the JL-020 & JL-035 green's as well as nice reductions on the blu-ray lasers.

I should be getting pricing on the adjustable greens soon.

Well thats why Im calling this a trial order. Until anyone or myself has received any product I can't say for sure. I have been told they are up to spec, and are of good quality..

I should be able to find out, I know its not listed on their site. In the meantime Check O-Like, they seem to have many of the same products, and may have that listed.

Little wary of them though considering they're offering a 700mw laser? Doubt it

Ill check it out for sure, and yea I've felt the same way. Thats why I considered it a trial order lol. By the way Giface said he got lower prices on the JL-020 and JL-035 a few weeks ago. Im going to email em and see if thats with a certain qty, or If I can get that price on the GB. Obviously the lower the prices, the better!
