Ok guys, I've been talking to Steve (WL's CEO) and he gave me some pretty good prices for a GB on their new 2010 Pro Series.

Minimum quantity: 10 units.

Discount rate: 25% (that's a huge discount!!).

Units to choose from (the 10 units must be from the same series, i.e. 10 Evo's, 10 Spyder I's, etc.). Also, extra promotions can't be added.
Shipping fees will be the same for everybody and every product: $22.00

25% Discount: $238,47


200mW Spyder I Pro:

List Price: $997,97

25% Discount: $748,47


100mW Spyder III Pro:

List Price: $497,97

25% Discount: $373,47

Disclaimer: I am only organising the GB for Steve. Payments will be sent to their PayPal account (or similar), shipping will be done by Wicked Lasers, not by me, which will actually make the whole process faster. I am not responsible for any inconvenients that could happen (don't let this worry you, I'm just writing the common disclaimer). I am also not getting anything out of this GB, just doing it for the sake of the forum.

New Information (added 30/10/09): Wicked Lasers also added that a pair of LaserShades (Goggles) will be included with every order!

I was waiting for this!
I want an EVO pro 100mW. I'd be interested in the 130mW if they are good... I'd be even more interested in a Spyder II...
And is there any way to guarantee good units?
I don't mean super over-spec... but good as in within specifications, no DOA, etc.

Amazing, along with the 50% off promotion for most of the other new laser, WL are really cutting down on prices!

We discussed powers for this GB and we agreed on 100mW. But if all other members would rather get the 130mW instead of the 100mW I don't see why I couldn't discuss it with Steve :)

I myself can't guarantee the units will be overspec nor DOA because they will be shipped directly from WL. Again, I'm just organising the GB for him (nothing in this for me).

Same thing goes for the Spyder II's, if many members want it we could discuss that too, though we agreed on not adding high power lasers since they haven't been proven good to the forum yet.

BTW Count me in if you manage to get 9 other people mate. I have been saving up for a DragonLasers Viper Series 95mW, but the Evo Pro just looks so much more nicer and with the discount i'm in.

5mW Spyder III:

List Price: $137,97

25% Off: $103,47

That is only if 10 or more units are requested, and I have to speak to Steve about that one, we were focusing on the 100-200mW models.

This is great... I'm in for getting 25 people on board for the EVO 100.
The free goggles makes the 2010 Line-up even better!
But I was gonna get one anyway... so this is like early Christmas.

C'mon guys... lets get 25 orders in asap!

I am still a bit concerned about the QC... I'm sure Steve knows many of us have meters... so I hope he delivers.

Also, I'm assuming the standard 3 month warranty applies to these items as well. Is this correct?

Let's hope to get that many :)

I'm pretty sure it'll be just like buying a single unit from them... but with a huge discount :) I don't think they'd ship underspec units. Of course if there's any problem you can just contact him.
