Due to those crazy new laser laws, I asked Wicked not to send a replacement laser to me for my broken Fusion since it's likely it would get picked up.

Customs1 - "Hmm, a package. I wonder if there is anything suspicious in it."
Customs2 - "Lets see, it says 'a pen', that seems safe enough."
Customs1 - "Wait! Hold on! It says it is from 'Wicked Lasers'! Lasers are a banned import!"
Customs2 - "You're right! gogo customs fines!"
Me - "Crap"

So instead they're going to refund me with Wicked Bucks. Which means I'll have $400+ Wicked Bucks... which isn't particularly helpful, especially since I can't buy any of their lasers (not that I would anyway, stupid underpowered Fusion...).

But Wicked have excellent goggles! Plus the Dragon Case is very nice too, I remember there was going to be a group buy on that before but it didn't work out so well...

So how about a Group Buy :) Anything you would happen to want from Wicked. Because Wicked have expensive shipping, grouping them up together like this means it'll ultimately be cheaper (especially if you just want a Dragon Case or something). Also, since I'm in Australia and most people are in America, I'll need a volunteer in America to send the package to and distribute (they will get a free Dragon Case ;) ).

It'll be around 2 weeks before my laser gets back to Wicked, but that's about how long it would take to organize a group buy anyway, so no time lost :)

Aww, no takers?

How about 10% off the price then. $40 goggles? Make that $36 goggles, and much cheaper shipping. $10 dragon case? $9 dragon case, and of course with the cheaper shipping.

If you ever wanted either a Dragon Case or a nice pair of Goggles, here's your chance to get them cheap :)

The main problem lies in the fact that 90% of the people here already have all of the goggles they need and nobody wants anything else from wicked.

I figured as much. But never hurts to try.

Plus, there was a Dragon Case GB going on before that got some good interest that never went through, so if people are interested I can do that :)

Either way, I don't want to be stuck with a crap load of store credits I can't do anything with, lol

Otherwise I'll just buy a ton of goggles and stuff and just sell them in the BST for cheap.

you can get some form 709B and crap and ask the government.
for a legit reason of import.

do you have a legit reason?

Well, I don't really want a laser from them anyway. Even if I get a laser outputting 125mW, the best I could sell it for is about $250 USD. Which is a $150 loss. I'd get a far better return with goggles and their accessories.

The fact that I'm getting a 'refund' rather than a replacement is a good thing, because I was going to sell the replacement anyway.

Could I get a discount on the Torch?
Didn't you read that review where the flashlight melted out after 3 seconds?

If this GB eventually goes through, add me for a pair of the Sport Elite Red Goggles. I honestly would rather not pay $20 shipping for a $50 item..

If you can get something going, I would be interested in some goggles.

If shipping is the problem on the WL goggles, I'm offering them for $40 shipped to the US - inquire for international shipping.

Subtle ::)

As for your torch sawt, I'm generally aiming this GB at accessories, as those are the things where shipping becomes annoying. But if I don't get enough interest I can add in that purchase... though... I wouldn't recommend it, not one of Wickeds 'best' products...

Oh, and I'm not sure how much interest this will get, but I should probably point out now that the 10% discount will only be there until I run out of store credits. From then on, the discount you're getting is just on the shipping, not 10% off the price. But considering I'll get over $400 worth of store credits, need some good interest before that happens :)

Is that for the normal WL goggles or the Sport Elite?
I would definitely prefer the Sport Elite ones, as they look a lot better and would match up with my green pair. (And are only $10 more)
And I live in the US, just so you know.

The only issue with using the sport elites for red, is it COMPLETELY blocks the red beam, and dot. You have to look OVER the goggles to see what you are doing, and at that point, you might as well not be using goggles at all.

My sport elite goggles for red don't block out everything. I can still just see a 5mW red through them, and my 300mW red is very diminished but the dot is still very clear.

I mean, it's only OD 2.
