It's my understanding that Chris bought all of Boston Lasers' inventory. He was able to answer all the questions I had and stated that specs would be included in the package.

808nm 2W 9mm cans $50.00 each

808nm 2W TO-3 TEC cooled laser diode $75.00 each!

4W c-mount or 9mm 904-915nm CW laser diodes $50.00 lot of 2

7W TO-3 980nm laser diodes w/colimator assembly $75.00 each

kERNELPANIC, I got few answers from Chris as well at the very beginning, but  follow up questions about IR diodes and collimators, and some prices i still am waiting to hear about.

I called Boston laser yesterday to ask about products, but no answer. Will give it a shot today again.

Boston Laser no longer exists  ;)

The company was shut down and all their stuff auctioned off (that's now all these diodes came about)
I went to the actual building to pick up the stuff. Everything was basically stripped out.

i thought so, Their last news post was 2007. Although they still have couple of great hiring positions available ;D

so I guess Chris IS Boston Laser now :)

What do your $25 multimode collimator assemblies look like? and what diodes do they work with?

Multimode laser collimator, uses 1 aspheric, and 1 neg focal length cylinder lens- focus to square beam and collimate with a 3-5 inch FL aspheric. 1W of 635 through this is impressive to say the least!, also have the TO-3 housings that fit these too.

This will collimate ANY of my laser diodes when combined with a 3-5 inch aspheric lens. You get a bright as heck 1/2 inch beam tat goes for MILES.

Good to see you back in the game Chris.

I see I am not on the shipped list yet, so I placed order for multimode collimators just now, so you can ship everything in one package. Can you check PayPal and confirm please. Notes i put in  never show up anywhere for some reason, so i sent you PM on this forum with additional notes.

anyhow, I am expecting three 9mm dodes (1W, and two 2W) now with collimators.
