The pay pal SNAFU occurred when i bought something yesterday and they double charged FROZE my account. It get's weirder, the company I bough from was local and is trustworthy, has no information on their books about the second charge either on their end or from the credit card processing company. In short due to all the sales from both ebay and this website, I think paypal thought my account was ripe and raped me for not doing strictly ebay. I am about to throw up, this is BULLSHIT!!!!

I will try setting up a Google checkout sometime next week, until then please pause for now on the ordering of stuff or send me a money order or check.

Yes the 4W laser diodes are only 2 for 50.00, you will need an additional cylinder lens to correct the axis the rest of the way.

Paypal raped 2700 off you?!

That IS bullshit!

I don't even HAVE 2700! :-[

Hope you get your 2700 back! :(

Hi

Could you post a picture of the  ( Polychrome emitter assemblies units use an 8 element axicon and collimator to merge 8 laser diodes into 1 beam. Very unusual unit! Have a 40W 915nm and a 30W 808nm unit If interested post or PM me. )

please and a picture of the laser diode chips you sell for 10  $

thanks

Re: RED 635nm 1WATT LASER DIODES and OTHER STUFF C

Hi again, still have 635nm 1W diode questions and collimators for them.

I ordered one from you, hope to get it next week? I also ordered two 2W 808nm cans on monday through ebay.

Picture you posted on first page with multiple frames (upper left corner) shows very bright round dot on the wall. What is this picture off?  You told me in PM that 9mm diode needs cylinder lens and two more lenses in front of it to get "round dot"    Is this picture of 9mm multi mode diode through your collimating assembly?

How can i get in touch with you ( chat, skype,  phone call) I want to get few more things and probably more 1W 635nm diodes but I need few short answers. This is terribly slow way getting little answers through.

please contact me

Hi Guys

few questions.

Maybe Milos can answer it for me!

I have ordered the 1 watt red cmount, is the pinout the same like ir cmount, lets say case positive?

And what is the pinout for the 808 2w in 9mm.

Thanx in advance

Re: RED 635nm 1WATT LASER DIODES and OTHER STUFF C

I want to get this collimator assembly needed to get round dot out of this 1W 635nm diode.  Does it have diode mount on the back? or i have to find diode mount and than mount this somehow to the back of your collimator?

How much for this collimating assembly kit with corrector lens? Give me price for one, two, three discount if you can.
I might need one assembly for each 9mm diode from you.

I am also expecting two 2W 808nm 9mm diodes from you i bought through ebay. Do they project same pattern as 635nm diode?  Will this assembly work the same for those two 808nm diodes?

looking forward  to info and  picture of this collimator assembly and ways to mount diode to it.

best regards

still sorting out his PayPal woes... and not taking orders... :-?

I still haven't got a response to a PM from Apr 02... :'(

Chris called me about noon on Sat. He's working on the PP crap but probably won't be able to do anything until monday AM. Weekends are a hard time to correct problems like this. He may go Google but that's up to him. He's still trying to fill orders.

I just "talked" to Chris -- He has a very severe case of lyrengitus (sp) and can't talk at all.
Let's all be calm here for a while.

thanks for update. Its seems like the saying, "when it rains, it pours" Hope things turn for better again.

in the mean time..

does anyone have any link, or info on these 1W 635nm 9mm diodes? I am kind of going to be surprised if its true. I never heared of them. Who makes them? ..etc

Re: RED 635nm 1WATT LASER DIODES and OTHER STUFF C

As Chris has said, these diodes are a wide mix of laser dioides in 9mm, TO-3 and c-mount housings which have no part numbers.  Every one is different and un-documented.
If you have specific needs, you will need to contact him for availability and price.

No, I don't think he is lying, nor that he is not to be trusted, Otherwise i wouldn't send over money to try the product.

There are many examples where we never see any documentation on diodes we are so used to as a common confirmed diode. Such as "KES", "PHR803", "6x", 4x"
Those are just our nick names for diodes according to places we uncovered them from, such as optical drive assemblies. That's why we go through personal testing and sharing on info about each of their characteristics and we share it here amongst us. Basically creating our little spec sheets and graphs.

anyhow, I'm only asking if anyone knows about any possible link or info about these diodes or history of their application.

You gotta understand that this is not a small deal when it comes to 635nm wavelength to some of us. I am very eager to build and see it in action, since i never even heard of such diode/power combination.

hope Chris gets better soon.

In the mean time I'll try to find out some info, and if i do, i'll post it here for all.
