They were probably Boblaser made lasers anyway. Price list and photos were way to close. Although a low life made the email, they saved you for buying some crap lasers.
Anyone could have sent that letter, even Day himself. Point is no one will ever know so don't pull your hair out trying to figure it out. I think it funny some are actually calling the fda. Yeah that's smart. Draw more attention to this forum. It was from a gmail account so you should have known its bullcrap. Best to let it pass and keep an eye out for it happening again.

I have noticed while doing searches that pages that are printed come up too. And there is some incriminating things on those printed pages. If someone was truly gathering info that is one way to do it. Check it for yourself. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

@Tech_Junkie- The only person in the first wave who had any problems was phoenix, and we think the crystals might not be aligned right, its a 2W pump diode at 1.5W, should be putting out close to 300mw.

True, making your own is always more fun but for us lazy people, its nice to be able to get some nice lasers at decent prices. The CNI look-alike pen hosts feel really solid.

I've got nothing to say but good things about the lasers I received. Sure they are only 5mW, but that is what I ordered. I love my green laser. The divergence makes it hard to burn at more than 10 feet but that's okay. It still burns up close and the beam is nice and solid. Not to mention the dang thing is water-proof! It spews out a shitload of IR but I asked for that when I denied the IR filter.

I have just re-read this whole thread....
I was treally looking to buy a 300 MW...Since this is no longer possible, is there someone here that can help me or better, recommend a site that I can go to, order it and thats it..

i got my 100 mw green today
has pretty bad divergence :'( is there any way to fix it?
is it possible to remove the ir filter and put it back?
or would i have to break the laser.

You can possible pull the lid off of it and adjsut the focus there. Look for something that looks like a focusing ring.

They sell handhelds of that power (which I have heard are over-spec) but their highest leadlights are 120+mw.
