Thanks alot, I recieved mine yesterday. Looks great. The gallium was all melted which i didn't expect but doesn't matter in it's container. Thanks for doing this GB, with all the delays I can imagine this was a bit of stress on you.

Hi rocketparrotlet

I received the package but I wish you have packed the gallium in a better way.
To my horror, all the gallium has leaked out and I there is nothing but scraps...

Any more gallium left? My order came in a busted envelope with everything leaked out. I must say that packing the precious stuff in a tiny anti-static plastic bag is not a good idea.....

Sorry, I was away for the past week.

How did this happen? Can you send me some more photos of it?

Yeah I'll refund you if it was my error, sorry about the bad packaging! Did it leak out when you opened the bag, or was it already gone?

Hi Mark

Everything leaked out. The pictures attached previous shows the whole envelop with traces of the leak. There is none I could salvage that is useful. Everything was gone when I opened it.
It was as if an elephant sat on it.. the envelop was quite flat..

Hope to get a refund.. or send a replace?

I threw away the envelop. The photos were taken before I threw it away.

So the black bag was broken, or opened up, or what?

Sorry about this. I will have to give you a refund, as I don't have enough gallium left to send to you.

Please PM me with your details, I've got a lot of payments and stuff, and I need to know who I got payment from, where payment was sent, and how much was sent.
