Re: LPF DONATION GIVEAWAY!!!

Since this would be the first raffle I ever took place in (rather than running it !) how do the prizes work ? Is there a first place, second place, etc ? Just curious...I did not go through al the pages, just the first couple, and did not see where it was announced...maybe I missed it ?

Re: LPF DONATION GIVEAWAY!!!

I am in for two more tickets! I asked Justin again today if LaserGlow was going to put in a prize. Sometimes the "squeaky wheel" gets the grease! LOL! THANKS TO ALL PARTICIPATING!

SenKat the winners 1, 2 & 3 respectively, will get A Nova X- series laser, OEM systems laser glasses for winners desired wavelength, and A 40 mm Girisol Agate sphere, I hope a couple of more prizes will be added, no word yet today from LG.

There are multiple prizes, just look at the first page. An X-Series laser is the Grand Prize.

Re: LPF DONATION GIVEAWAY!!!

I was sitting here thinking, "How can I help?" Unless you are interested in a handful of red cat toys, I don't have much in the way of lasers or equipment available to donate. So I was sitting here, in my office, looking around, trying to think about what other "toys" I had that might generate some ticket sales, when it hit me.

Spread all around my office I have small mineral "targets" set up. They are all reactive to the 405nm Blu-Ray. When I am bored or frustrated with what I am writing (or grading), I turn off the light and play "seek and make glow". I figure I can't be the only one who would find this enjoyable (can I?) so I decided to donate a collection of small fluorescent minerals. I haven't found them all yet, but it will probably be about a dozen mineral "targets" when I'm done looking around.

Sorry. No pictures. I am worse at photography than I am at lasers. However, I guarantee that they will light up and be small enough so as to NOT take over your room.

Peace,
dave

Very generous. I'm looking forward to seeing if laserglow is going to participate in this or not.

wow, that is generous! Although, I dont see why someone would need a dozen of these, if you decide to donate multiple "crystals", We could separate them between like 4-6th place.

Deadline is next Wednesday, rog and rozzco, got ur payments.

if Blue makes his uber donation, we will definitely be in for an X-100, with plenty left over for C0ld!

regards,

amk
