I'm in Texas and haven't gotten mine yet. I really hope it comes in today (Saturday), it's been so long that I've gone without a 532nm laser I almost forgot how nice the beam looks.

I got mine today, the Lyra is beautiful. I'm gonna have a lot of fun with that one. The Galileo is working magnificently as well. Definitely a good day for me ;D

The cases I got, with 'various superficial defects', look perfect to me. Had I known they would be in such great shape I'd have bought a few more, and will if another sale goes down.

If they are sent, I'd need to ask more for shipping the Herc cases, I spent $16.25 to send those out.  [highlight]They still have Aries cases, ask soon if anybody wants 'em, I will have to ask a few $ for shipping now, but individually shipping them does cost a bit more.  Hey at $5 + s/h they are a great deal, I asked for a couple.[/highlight]  No one would believe how easy it was to fix the broken Aries laser I got Did they say it was an Aries -50? Well it does 80 mW!  All I did was remove the heat sink and with firm hand pressure push the outer module housing, (from under the heat sink) until the uncollimated spot merged and went to max brightness, Now the <2 mW TEM 01 Aries does 50- 109 mW at a solid TEM 00, After warm up 80 mW typical!

I may be able to tack a couple of things on to this GB as I have a few more items ordered that I forgot, or somehow were missed. What type of diodes are inside the Aries lasers? c-mount?

I never tore one completely down, but I don't think that it's a C-mount.  any item on the list s/b available, but to ship really soon and at best shipping costs, I need to know really soon.  -Glenn

Hey BF! I can always ask, those are 808, and I really don't know the story behind the wavelength difference, I'm too am wondering though, as the LG website does state 1064 nm for Scorpius. I'll get word back to you when they tell me. -Glenn
