I've got so much work just going through tapping all the threads for the lenses, putting all the baggies together and getting everything ready to ship, that I havn't even shipped any of these yet. I do have quite a few ready now, but it's taking a bit of time.

We're held up on the shipment of retaining clips. When I get those, I can finish the packaging and ship these out.

It would also appear that yet again, even though I left like 30-50 barrels for myself, that I will not have enough barrels for everyone. I'm still waiting on emails back from everyone indicating that they did get their barrels. Unlike before it only appears to be one or two though. Part of it is the doggone anodizer messing up the custom orders and part of it, I'm sure is the database being corrupted.

So, did the anodizer like actually mess up some of the barrels to the point of them trashing the barrel and it not being usable? Or, did they just mistakenly do the wrong color/pattern? If they trashed the barrels, I sure hope they compensated you for the cost of their mistake.

They just mistakenly did the wrong color patterns and I ended up selling them as oopss.

I honestly am quite confused. I sent out a bulk email to everyone in the GB asking to verify who had gotten barrels and the number of replies so far is a far cry short of what I know I shipped. It's leaving me with a lot of barrels that I'm thinking are being shipped twice to the same persons. Either I'm a complete dunder head or there are a lot of dishonest people. Not to mention, I left quite a few for myself to sell, and the oopies just don't account for those numbers. I KNOW I didn't flop keeping track of this information that badly!! It's unaccountable.

Well, needless to say, one way or another, everyone will get what they paid for. I'd hate to put people off again like last GB. This is the main reason I put my database up on google documents for everyone to see the information I have and as far as I see it's all accurate.

Kenom, do you still have postage receipts? that might help you trace it out - if there are destinations - or maybe you could infer that from the dates... and if there are accurate weights, that would tell you how many were in each shipment.

edit: and you may have PayPal records of ship dates, and maybe even name of recipient, and how many - my paypal records have that.

Is the "Shipped?" part of the spreadsheet for those that you don't know if you shipped to them yet?

Because mine says that, and i haven't got a shipping notification yet, so can i assume that you haven't shipped mine yet?

Hey Keeeenom just thought I'd pop in here and say a big THANK YOU for making this GB a reality. These are quite excellent barrels and while the sleek Kryton Smooth will always have a special place in the custom build arena, the extra effort you went to get these batch anodized as well gives them all a unique look as part of the Kryon family.
Hope your organization efforts meet with success!

Yes. I have the question mark cause I don't remember shipping it but think I did.

Errr, so no shipment to you? Uhh let me check up on that cause if it went out, it went out recently and if that's the case I DO have your name in my shipping software. If not, then I have an issue.

WHEW!! VERIFIED that your shipment did go out. I was about having a heart attack as I had no more red anodized barrels.

Hey Ken, I don't think we ever discussed a color. I like the black though. Might even to get together a few bucks for you in the holiday spirit. Looks great that things are all coming together. Lucky dogs who already have them!
