We got preapproved for our home loan. USDA loan. 100% financed, 3.75% fixed for 30 years.
We looked at the house on Tuesday, and will be submitting an offer on Monday.

I've been stocking up on smaller items in the meantime in preperation of reopening Mohgasm.com

I'm hoping we can come to a deal quick and get moved. I'm hesitant to reopen the store before moving as I know moving will interrupt orders.
Once we're moved though I'll be hitting things hard and getting things going.

However, If the group buy list gets large enough, I'll probably just go ahead with the order.

I'll second that. I went more then a little crazy this month. There was gun auction in town. Dropped almost $1400 in one night. :eek:

Great news though Moh! Glad you could get things worked out.

No Doubt!! Congrats Moh! I know how hard it is to get loans these day's. I am still waiting to hear back on one myself.. And yes I dont mind the wait atm just baught 3 bigboy's with sincs and 2 black sky ray kings and 10 3400mah 18650 batteries and a charger.. a 9mm445 3 pl450B's and a pltb450 lol and I got my name down for another couple mits500's with another G2.. lol So I gota slow down Or I may need a lawyer...

edit... Oh and I am now looking to buy some PBS cubes and knife edge array's etc etc...

On these do you just have to add a battery contact board to the bottom of the pill?

The inside of the barrel has a ring thatstops the battery from sliding at a certain point.this ring has a hole in the middle of it. Most people solder on their driver in the standing position, and then solder a spring directly onto the +input of the driver, and have it sitting right at that center hole, so the battery hits it. Think of a green module....


As far as ETA, That's still unclear. From the time I place the order, to them showing up at my door is about 2 weeks.
