here is some new info on the current PL-C and D Pro Models.

It also is equipped with this feature ""TeslaCool Thermostatic Regulation" which is advertised by WL in krypton laser. The current will auto lower when the temp. inside the cavity reaches 35℃ or the like. So the duty cycle might be longer at no risk of burning out the driver or the laser diode.
As the housing for PL-C Pro and PL-D Pro is small, so we find it unnecessary to add TEC cooling. The fan cooling is more unnecessary for such a portable.
But we're working on new portables with bigger size and will employ TEC cooling and forced air cooling into them to maintain a stable performance over longer time per use. We might name it PL-E or PL-F then. I will keep you updated.

New pics coming soon of the PL-D the first JETL PL with Temp controlled shut down to help protect both the laser and the driver from overuse. THis does not mean you will achieve full power and with rest cycle. ( THAT will come later in the year, I hear) The Temp sensor lowers the power if the laser starts to overheat. In essence the PL-D will tell you when it is in need of a rest.
