Unfortunately Gray replied saying that there is currently no option for a portable 473, although he is apparently working towards making one in the near future.

Hey Lase, sorry for letting you down. It will be great to set a poll on which power level, 5mw, 10mw, 20mw, 30mw or 50mw?, for 473nm is most wanted and then i will talk into techs here to prepare some. Thanks!

250mw ti pen green laser is achievable but short duty and not-enough-stability would make it not worth the money to be paid. Why not save some $$ for a 200mw or 150mw one.

When the price difference [between the 200 and 250] is ~$30 (according to GB#3), I'd generally go with the latter; however, the 200's advantages in stability and duty-cycle might interest me more than a 25% mW boost in this case. Can you expand on how significant the differences between the two are, in terms of stability? Also, if the 532/200 is indeed a possibility in this or the next GB, I'd like to request a quote.

Ok, I got my situation all figured out with Gray, and I've already payed Jetlasers directly with PayPal for my PL-D 500mW.

I am expecting a review of this PLD! I have my eyes set on it. I really want a powerful green with decent divergence since the firedragon by dino is terrible on that matter. You probably know what i mean Boosted240!

I've never done a review here, people are pretty picky. Maybe I'll try to throw something together...

Yeah your probably right. One thing I need to lookup/learn is howto measure divergence before I do a review.

^^^If the laser is focusable, personally I don't care at all about divergence, only beam diameter at exit aperture. For that all you need is a ruler... and steady hands not to blind yourself

GOTCHA 2W OF 808... ALL JETLS come with glasses or goggles if preferred.
Gray wantS to know how powerful of a 473 is wanted by each member. If many can agree on that the chances go up for getting JETL to make some.

I too am new a measuring divergence- I just make a pic -give the size of the spot and the distance. Not the proper way but until I learn more...
As long as you do your best and post lots of pics any review is better than none.
