just got back home from a few days work, and got a note say there is a parcel for me at my neighbours, but i dont think they will be too happy at me going round at 2am and asking for my laser !!! dam it will have to wait till the morning.

thanks for your brilliant efforts in this GB SenKat, very very much appreciated. Will post some pics and some beam shots soon enough for ya :)

Just give it a quick Lasercheck and it's hoofing out 220mw and popped a balloon @ 25 foot more to come soon. It done the balloon with ease at that distance so I know it will pop them at greater distances :cool:

All I can say is YOUR THE MAN!!!!!! that's the red I've always wanted ;) and 220mw :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: Those balloons don't stand a chance ;D
I'm also gonna use it as a fixture on my telescope for starpointing and telescope alignment instead of the BFG greenie, reason being green is nice on a scope but no good for your eyes when you are completely dark adapted. ;)

Once again thank you Greg very very much for all your time put into this group buy :) Well worth the wait :cool: :cool:

OMFG!!!!!!! This thing has lit a match @ 12 foot instantly :eek: :eek: :eek: and took 15-20secs to light one @ 14 foot :eek: :eek:!!!!!!!!!!
This is not for kids it's a bloody monster :p :cool:

Was that match sharpied...? Still impressive even if it was...mine lit a non-sharpied safety match at 7 feet straight out of the box!

The match was sharpied Gazoo as the distance was getting larger. 7 foot has been done without a sharpied match :D

Tell me about it... all these "OMFG IT'S A MONSTER" posts have me thinking that I could use a spare [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif] ... but I'm under the severest of spending embargoes while I catch my financial breath after a very expensive year.
