Mostly, yes.
I can do 'pre-installed in module (regular or copper) with leads'; but I can't provide G-1/2 lenses, as DTR does.

Then I think it would be simpler and cheaper for everyone if you handled both diode orders. My two cents :)

Hey guys Im not trying to derail this GB or step on anyones toes....but I just found the PL450B's on sale at Lazerer and on ebay (with 3 different sellers) from $39.50 - $39.99 and the ebay offers are all with free shipping. I updated and included the links in the Ebay deals thread. :beer:

On a side note; please put me down for a Mits 500, as I killed mine!:yabbmad:

Edit: @ Dyeote maybe the price has dropped due to the release of the new 1.4 W 450's? Perhaps your supplier might consider renegotiating for a better GB price! ;) :beer:

Not a derailment, thank you for bringing those to our attention.
In light of the recent changes in price availability, the introduction of the new diode, and the buyer's list being rather stuck in the last month: I am now renegotiating with the supplier for both the unit price and for lowering the MOQ to 10 of each diode (instead of 20 of each).
Will update the OP as soon as I hear back from supplier. Wish me luck!

OK, I've heard back from the supplier and my requirement for a reduced MOQ of 10 of each diode can be met if I place the order within this month.
The prices for you will be: 38$ for the PL450B SM diode, and 76$ for the Mits500mW MM diode.
I've updated the OP to this effect. So please, if you're interested in these diodes, put your details on the spreadsheet; I'd also like a note of confirmation from anyone who's already on the list because you've been on there for a while and I want to make sure that you're still interested. We're currently at 6 & 9 total units desired; once we reach 10 or more on both columns, I will send out payment requests to everyone. Hurry up and get in on this round if you're at all interested because I don't think that there will be a third one.

The price of additional service (to be performed by me prior to shipping), such as pressing the diode into a module (and soldering on an SMD cap and leads), will be around 13$ per diode serviced. Anyone interested in this should contact me individually by PM.

I definitely don't want to harp on about my own GB, but I've received no confirmations on the spreadsheet since I asked for them four days ago...
If I don't hear back from you guys in this regard within the next few days then I'm going to assume that interest has evaporated and the GB will either be canceled or put on indefinite hold.

But I do feel that this GB is taking too long. We are more than two months now and the payments aren't even discussed yet.
You should re-open a GB for each diodes in a new thread.

I allready baught another 500 from DTR but I was still down for 2 and a G2 lense.. I will still take 1 diode if need be.. Sorry but this 2nd round hasnt really gone the way I expected and I didnt want any more pl450's anyway's I have been in a crunch for time now that I am back workin 50-60hrs/wk...

I actually have a Proforma Invoice from the supplier for 10pcs PL450B + 10pcs Mits500 for a good price; so I can have the diodes within about a week if I pay it now. However, I agree with you, we are not there yet (at the buyer's payments stage) and this round is taking too long.
The spreadsheet currently shows an interest of 6 + 8 diodes, which is 6 diodes too few... and with the apparent recent reduction in price of the eBay-available PL450Bs to 40$ shipped, I wouldn't be surprised if several of the buyers want to back out from those as well.

It hasn't gone how I expected it either, but that's OK; I've become rather busy in the last month as well... The first round was nice, and I'm fine with leaving it at that.

So the Osram part of the GB is cancelled for now. Over the next couple of weeks I will get a new quote from the supplier, for [10,15,20] Mits500s MOQs, and (provided that the pricing is more attractive than just getting them from DTR) I'll reopen the GB in a new thread.

I got a quote from the supplier for the Mits500 MM diodes which will allow me to offer them in a GB (provided that there is enough interest among you guys) for the following prices per unit, depending on the (total) Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) which we manage to get to:
MOQ=10: 78$
MOQ=15: 77$
MOQ=20: 75$
(international shipping will be 5$ as usual)
