Mine never shipped, I'm idiot. The email was for something else lame. All i've gotten is the conformation email, then that lame one.

Well the sorry for the delay letter is a little weird. I have bought from dino before and never gotten that so I hope that is a preemptive apology for not being able to get these soon.

I'm sure they just don't stock 12 of these normally, and probably need to pick up some additional units - my guess. They probably didn't pre order our units and/or they didn't expect the GB to pick up steam so quickly at the end there.

I would probably bet that they had some specific amount of these in one place, and had to get the others moved to their shipping area from somewhere else. I'm just guessing at the logistics here, but there's probably either multiple stages to their inventory system, or they actually have to retrieve extra inventory from suppliers. I don't know how all of that works there, but I can't imagine that $180 lasers were just flying off their shelves. Even for a big site, I'm not sure they would have had what became 13 sales-worth of these in the ready-to-ship phase.
I would bet (hope, if they're being fair about it) that they shipped in order of payment received. So those who paid quickest, may get theirs a few days earlier?

Could be, my guess is that they just didn't have the invetory to fulfill all of our orders at once.
