I have had very little luck finding metric bits here in Texas for making aluminum heatsinks---Would anyone be interested in HSS metric drill bits in 12 mm and/or 11.5 mm ---made in USA. $5 plus $2.00(or less depending on how many are wanted)to ship to the lower 48 states. Or more than one for additional $5 plus $1. S&H. Example-- one of each size for $13.00. I have to buy ten of each to get them but dont need that many. You may respond here or PM me. thanks Hak edit: BTW these are new in package sealed, you CAN drill the hole for ur module with a smaller (15/32", (I think))and sand it out to fit--- but the correct size but using a metric bit, IMO would be easier and quicker. I had this in the BST but got no responce.

There are standard drill bits that make holes to fit aixiz modules. I dont remember what number or letter drill I used, but a comprehensive non metric drill index should have them. I used a micrometer to measure the module and different drills until I found a close match, which ended up being a perfect fit.

To get a decent hole, you will need to drill a smaller "pilot-hole", then drill a hole about .010" (.25mm), under your desired finished hole-size, and then finish-up with a reamer. You want to end-up with a hole that is fairly close to 12mm, (.472") which is the nominal Aixiz-Module size. BTW, the Aixiz-modules vary +or- .010" themselves. Just a heads-up.
