i was watching bizarre foods today and mr zimmern was speaking about the new "middle class" in china.. :)

i think i have my currnet of the flexdrive set to 365ma and it puts out ~400mw after a jayrob lens. the lava drive cant be pushed much higher b/c it cant produce enough voltage.

heh thats answers my question! i remember dave having problems using the flex drive with the first 8x he built...so i didn't know if they could be used...

I am going to be building one for someone and running it at 350mA with flex drive in my new kits.

drew, you can put me down for one, i def won't be able to afford any more than that.....

Do you have an estimated day to when you will close the GB? I'm not sure when I can get the money.

hopefully no more than a few days(a week at most) b/c the supplier said they only had about 20 but im going to try to get her to hold a few for me.

Ok, I'm gonna have to pass then. I'm sure there will be other GB's for these later on. Great prices though, wish I had the money.

As of now with the tests daguin and other members have done on those diodes I'd say 350mA for a safe guess, add a 405-G1 lens and voilá ;)!

ive got her to reserve at least 10 so far but she cant guarantee anymore than that so the faster we get people to join the better deal we get..
