GB | 515nm Diodes - Payments Stage Starts at 10th July

I got my tracking number 8/21 and it still shows nothing at all. I find that odd, but I know nothing of Israel Post.

Yes, something is not quite kosher here.....
Some have tracking numbers that appear useless, mine shows was shipped out 8/14 as when he said he mailed things out, but also shows being sent back to Israel on 8/19 and sitting at the Ashkelon post office waiting for Eitan to get it.

Has anyone else gotten indication of their shipment being sent back to Israel ?
Hopefully over the next few days Eitan will respond and provide some explanation for us....

I indeed got you pack back. I will take pic and send to you by email. So you can confirm your shipping address. As what I was told is that it is wrong or something so they got it back to me. Which is weird.

When you ship by Eco-Post here for example or other registered methods , it shows up and gives you the exact location of the pack. These are the lowest cheapest method for $5 only.

Anyway , it does not mean the packs are going "lost" or something. I have shipped things via this method before.

I will go today to the post office and ask about the packs that their code did not work yet. And will notify you as soon as possible.

Moe Ron pack got back to me a few days back. I did not recognize the pack at start as I do not remmember his personal name. Now I understand it is his pack. It had a wrong shipping address so they mail it back to me. Which is good afterall as they did not throw it or something.

I will email him later and we will get it solved. And I will re-mail it for free.

Got the email, and I am glad that you do have the pack and was not lost in shipment.
Looking forward to it arriving, and doing some testing to see how much we can
actually push over the 180ma it's rated for. Have not seen anything else
where it has been tested and posted a recommended milliamp setting.
If no one else has opportunity before me to test and post results,
I will once I get the pack

Update to everyone else : Post office guy said the codes will show up this friday. I will make a call again tomorrow to make sure it does.

My 515's from ebay showed up a few days ago.. I got two when someone posted in the deals and discounts thread.
When I get a chance ill push one to 180mA and see what happens.

It arrived early this morning at my local place and that usually means that it will be out for delivery. Hopefully I will not miss signing for it even though I will be home. Time to get my shower over with. Mail generally arrives between 11-12:30 but I know there's another mail person who just delivers packages and I believe that is earlier. Can't promise a ton of info today if they arrive as it depends on how I physically feel too.

Like I said within Friday ( tomorrow ) codes should work including Trend's

As soon as I get it I'll be reporting. Just waiting to see it change to "out for delivery". Should be (2) 515, (1) 9mm and 10 lenses. I'll throw up a pic when it arrives.
Didn't realize it until this moment but I should actually have 4 packages delivered today and my long awaited Fasttech stuff should arrive this week too with another (4) 532nm modules and a couple 26650 King Kongs
Looks like a 515nm has about 1/4 less brightness than a 532nm so pretty good beam even at the rated 30mW.

Something I hadn't thought about til this moment is what is the test load setting on this diode (where to place the jumper)?

Typical forward voltage according to datasheet is 6.8-8.0V max. So that would mean about 6 diodes of 1.2V

FYI - I got the notice that my package was actually given to Israeli Post today. So it looks like the tracking numbers were purchased and PM'd, but nothing actually given to the post office until today.
