60mW diode. If it's a single-mode near Gaussian profile 635nm diode, that's not a a bad price.

I´m currently working on the ML520G55 listed here
Glyn - Laser Dioden

With a low current and good cooling a wavelength around 632-633nm is possible.

Look at the data sheet for more information on this diode.

look what I just got in the mail today everybody!

That sucks! I feel for you. Mine just got here and now I'm kind of scared to play with it, I only got one.

Rookie mistakes the first one i hooked up reverse polarity and the second one i forgot to short the cap on the driver after i took it off the test load.:banghead:
