Just asked, they just have the 20mW 635nm diodes. Personally I´m very fine with this power, just want a more visible 635nm next to my 5mW 635nm Atlasnova.

That's cool; I just wonder if we could get say, 30mW out of these without them shifting down to 645.
I know it says 20mW@635@70mA nominal with a 90mA max; I'm wondering what 85mA will do to both wavelength and output.
I -do- like my 40mW 635; (spectrometer says it's doing 638, LPM says its doing 39mW) - it's running at 100mA, so I do wonder what 85mA or so would do with one of these.

I'm surprised so many people are interested. Aren't 7mW 635nm diodes only $2 each? And I would think they're capable of slightly above that. I understand getting maybe one just because it's 20mW vs. ~7mW, but people are spending $100 on 5 of these things rather than for $100 you can get 50x 7mW diodes? I'm sure you could hardly even tell the difference side by side between the two.
