Re: GB FEELER--150mW(peak 220) Pro Green laser

We added the ir filter unless the customer asks to remove it.
The specs of the ir filter we use for the time being are as follows:
T>96% & 532nm
T<0.5% & 800-1100nm
10mm Diameter
Thickness: 1.0mm

These ir filters are not that cheap as we thought, but there are many really cheap ones here in China. Some are also underspeced. For example, the transmission rate may be 92% or lower when the vendor claims to be 95% or higher. To get all what you pay for is good if possible.

Just as Pontiacg5 said, people are not 100% honest. You may be upset by dealing with rayfoss but rayfoss is not that typical of Chinese people. I'm not going to talk about this any more. Anyway, We learn the lessons well and no longer easily misled thanks to them.

Re: GB FEELER--150mW(peak 220) Pro Green laser

I am not wanting to profit on this GB, but if it goes well I would not turn down a discount on one of those SCHWEET titanium beauts down the road.

IMHO JetLasers is nothing like WL, LaserLands, DinoD, FocalPrice or any of the others that have only ended up dissappointing us. Nobody can blame us for being apprehensive, we have seen some pretty bad examples of biz practices. Some have turned out to be nothing more than scams.

JetL has sent out many samples for review, thier sites on the interwebz are very professional and no exaggerations or half-truths whatsoever. They are quick to point out when a laser is from another maker, like CNI, and they truly make good improvements on them. That surely does not make them just another drop-shipper.

And from my experience, Grays grasp of the English language is excellant-- that alone is a very rare thing.

In the end, one often gets what one pays for-- quality and good support are going to cost more. I am done buying cheap items to only end up with another lazer in my fix-it pile.

:thanks:and WELCOME JETLASERS
Glad to see you join our family of advertisers. Your support is appreciated.

I agree from what I have seen and read on the forum that JetLasers is on the up and up, and their Lasers are top-notch. I hope they expand their product lines in the future to include components as well as turn-key options.

Hak sez SORRY i forgot to ask him--he will tell you what you want to know--PM HIM.

I would like to see JET offer some componenents for building a projetor.
and an analogue driver for 445.

I just signed in:shhh:
I'm not pro and I wonder if you mean the bare 405nm modules without hosts and are tec cooled for the laser projectors?

And the power drivers for the 445nm?

........Gray this is his original question,.........

Just out of curiosity, would he be willing to sell bare modules? I know I have a few hosts I would like to stick a high quality green module in as well.

and then

Gray--- I think he was asking about getting modules look like this....
Green Laser Module - 1w.1000mW .445nm blue laser pointer,1W 445nm laser pointer,445nm blue laser.1w 445nm laser pointer.1000mW 445nm laser.

Thus is a 'site' that popped up the other day, Gray.

We wanted to show it to you and ask if you ever heard of the as we are thinking it is a untrustworthy company. They say the have yellow and green diodes-- which if they did would very very expensive.

But for reference the photos of the green dpss modules are similar to what Pontiacg5 is asking about. Calling it your green 250mW laser without the host is correct. Also it could be called the replacement part or internals for these lasers.

My question is about the TECooled high power R and G lasers with drivers and analogue modulation-- used in projector lasers.
Also projector beam combiners and galvo scanner set-up for the same.

Good laser controllers at a fair price would also be attractive to those building thier own projectors. As well as mirror and dichros mounts, and beam splitting cubes.

I heard about the laser seller here and their green laser portable are usually under speced but i'm not the one to deny all of their products. They don't produce the inner parts. But the hosts are their own.

It's very funny that they used the labs picture of CNI at their About page. Lol! :wtf:

Oh I get your point. I saw the webpage and it's the rounded bare module, aluminum ones. But the pricing is way too expensive. I dont know where they got these modules.

If Pontiacg5 needs them, it will be better if he could make clear about the required output power and other specs. After the specs are confirmed, I might get the quotes here. We did provide green laser modules and pre-aligned crystal and optical assembly for this company named sheaumann.

My question is about the TECooled high power R and G lasers with drivers and analogue modulation-- used in projector lasers.
Also projector beam combiners and galvo scanner set-up for the same.

Any details about your question about TEC cooled R/G laser drivers and analogue modulation? You need the complete laser or mere the power driver? Good laser controllers?

For dicros or lens or other optics, since i'm not pro, you'd better provide some details(esp. the specs), so that i would get the quotes.

Thanks for all the info.

Re: GB FEELER--150mW(peak 220) Pro Green laser

I would just like the bare modules, preferably around 200mW. The ones you use in this host would work fine, I can fit any sized module into just about anything.
Thanks!

Re: GB FEELER--150mW(peak 220) Pro Green laser

more good newz for me from JetL--they have offered to allow me to send the 150mW back and are sending me one that is more powerful to keep and reveiw--yahoooo!

and they are paying for all shipping--this company and thier laser is getting better all the time.

AND I hear they may become an advertizer on LPF and I know they have donated to LPF already.

Gray and JetL have become an asset to our forum. We only need a few more buyers for the GB to happen. thanks!!!!

Re: GB IS ON!!!--150/200/250 mW PGL- all overspec and free extras

I agree with your comments Hak and I cant wait to get my hands on a good 532nm myself. I have had some cash set aside for weeks now and the wait is kiling me.

^^^ Gray is going to contact you asap or reply here about the green modules.

I see that JETLASERS now has a banner ad. They have given donations in the past and now are helping LPF even more. I think it is safe to say that JETLASERS is here to stay and Gray is truly a man of his word.

ABOUT THIS GB.....................

Once we reach 10 buyers and then give it a few more days the GB will happen. Anyone is welcome to see my Rep and FB here -in the FB forum here or look at me on Eekbay-- I have two accounts(& never ever did a shill bid BTW) one is under my LPF name and the other is snapplz (S pay- N euter -A ll- P ets PLZ) I sell items there for the SPCA thrift shop where I volunteer.

I have 100% pos. FB everywhere.

Feel free to ask Dave, Jerry, TJ, Moh,Flamep Jeff, Jayrob or many/any others about me. I am on the LE and PL forums as well.

I am sure that the lasers in this GB will NOT disappoint!!!!

If you have any questions plz contact me or Gray--

we need some more takers on this GB

Hey Pontiacg5,
So sorry for getting back to the module thing so late coz I was sort of lost among the threads in this section and didnot find this post until Len taught me.;)

I know you have good hosts in different sizes. But I feel obliged to tell that our modules used in PL-C are with threads. You can see via this PIC, so it fits the threads in our PL-C hosts. So I just wonder if you think this threaded ones fit you hosts. The diameter for this bare module is around 30mm.

Talk to you soon and good luck!!:umbrella:
